- Exclusive marketing agents

Inventory/Lease Preparation/Rental Property Inspection etc..- No Need to list with us for these services.
- Inventory billed @ CI$100.00/US$125.00 per hour (min. of 1 hour)
- Residential Lease Preparation billed @ CI$300.00/US$375.00
- Rental Property Inspections - CI$125/US$156.25 per hour
- Check In/Out Tenant - CI$100/US$125.00 per hour (as an independant service to clients who are off island or too
busy to do this themselves)

FOR TENANTS/LANDLORDS OF ISLAND RENTAL SERVICES:
- Lost Key replacement - CI$150/US$187.50 (outside of office hours);
During office hours CI$10/US$12.50 per set of replacement keys
- Ammendements to Lease Agreement - CI$150.00/US$178.50
- Find replacement Tenant - 40% of security deposit
- Cleaning of unit for showings - billed at cost + admin fee of CI$50/US$62.50
- Copy of lease agreement - CI$25/US$31.25
- Completing of Immigration Forms for Accomodation - Free (2 business days notice required)
- Short notice (less than 2days ) to reschedule check out = CI$150/US$187.50

The above fees are not limited to any other administrative fees which may apply for work conducted.
