The venture was started with the business expertise of Andre Jackson, the Managing Director who also owned a long standing Printing Business and with the collaborated specialized knowledge of Kerry Horek who helped to create the first website in the Cayman Islands to feature 'rentals only' giving you a preview of what the property offered. It was the aim of Kerry Horek, the mastermind behind the website concept which she skillfully designed with the assistance of a web designer to offer the customer the most efficient way to source a residential rental with all the information needed in respect to location and amenties.

Kerry Horek who has over 15 years experience in rentals and property management on the island, wanted the visitor to the site to find the information helpful, and easy to navigate whilst locating precisely what the visitor was looking for in a rental property, such as 'home and community features'. This was important for first time residents on island or persons who were planning to relocate to find the information readily available at their finger tips. Keeping this in mind it is a policy of Island Rental Services to never list a property their own agents would not live in. Island Rental Services screens all rental properties prior to listing or placing them on the website. They have also added some new features after the relaunch of the website and that is the Street Atlas location of each listing. Therefore you can trust that the property has passed our 'ready for occupancy' inspection test. This mirrored policy is reflected in all of the company's services offered.

Additionally, Island Rental Services is the only on island Rental Agency that accepts Visa/Master Card Credit Cards for their clients to reserve and pay for the initial deposits and first months' rents prior to moving in.
